Gaurav is a partner at the Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He has had the privilege of advising leading banks and financial institutions, insolvency professionals and companies, both under the IBC and outside, as creditors, office bearers, acquirers and debtors in insolvency resolution processes, liquidations and out-of-court debt restructuring transactions. He has advised distressed debt investors on debt aggregation and restructurings. Apart from his work in the insolvency and restructuring space, Gaurav has worked extensively in capital markets transactions. He in interested in legal theory and has taught a course on restructuring of companies at the National Law School, Bengaluru.
